Sinai Christian Academy is pleased to welcome Coach Joe Sapia as head coach for the New SCA Warriors Girls Basketball program.  Coach Joe comes to us with a reputation that precedes him from within the AAU community as one of the best girls coaches in the New York City metro area.  Up until Fall 2018, Coach Joe was at Riverside Church and previously New Heights where he was instrumental in developing their middle school and high school programs. The teams he has coached have excelled at and won numerous local, regional and national tournaments. His experience and relationships will be critical to expanding our girl's basketball program.

 

Although Coach Joe doesn’t like to focus on his past personal basketball accomplishments, we wanted to let fans know and SCA community know that as a player he was a high school standout and major Div.1 recruit.  He is a goal driven and dedicated professional offering practical and progressive career success as a high school and college basketball player, calling on expertise gained from playing under coaches such as Duke Serrati, and Scott Spinelli.  Recognized for propelling performance to unprecedented levels, through hand on leadership, and aggressive training with development initiatives.
